along with our professionally trained office staff will assist every client
in navigating the order process. From filling out the order forms, to handling insurance paperwork
, getting prescriptions , and gathering all needed medically necessary information from their physicians.
We will work with Medicare, NC Medicaid and their insurance carriers
to get the approval needed for payment.
On the day of delivery, the clients "Patient
Care Rep" along with Tarheels' professionally trained delivery
technician will set up and train the client on proper use and care
of their new equipment.
